AI usage is always visible and under your control
AI tokens measure AI usage in nansa. 2M tokens is designed to cover the normal monthly AI use of a smaller branch. Simple tasks such as drafting an enquiry reply use fewer tokens, and more complex analysis such as a sales progression review uses more. You see your usage in the app, get a warning at 90%, and choose whether extra tokens are bought automatically or AI pauses until next month. Set a monthly cap so you never get a surprise bill.

When will it be available?
nansa is in active development. We expect to deliver the first release to founding agencies in Q1 2027, starting with the core CRM. Founding agencies then get each release as it ships and help set the order of what follows.
Will it connect to Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket?
Yes. Publishing to all three is planned for the next release, with every sync logged so you can see what was sent and why anything was rejected.
Can we use it across multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own diary, pipeline and goals, and directors can see across all of them. Pricing is per branch.
How is our data protected?
Each agency’s data is securely isolated from every other agency, with access further controlled by branch, role and permissions. Every change is recorded in an audit log.
How does the AI use our data?
AI works on your agency’s own records to draft, match and flag. It proposes, a person approves, and each action is logged. We’ll publish full details of how data is processed before general availability.
Will our data train public AI models?
No. Your agency’s data is not used to train public AI models.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at £129 per branch per month, with unlimited users and a monthly AI allowance included. Founding agencies pay £99 per branch and keep that price for 24 months. Larger groups start from £399 per month with volume pricing.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. You can export your data at any time.
